Keith Nelson

Keith Nelson is the Managing Director of Your Total Coach, a business coaching and coach training consultancy established in the UK.
He is working with Chief Executives and Directors across a broad range of public and private sector organisations.
Keith is highly trained in coaching and organisational psychology, and worked as a Coaching Director in a FTSE 100 company before establishing the business.
His coaching meshes psychological coaching approaches with his experiences of working as a mainstream business director with accountability for large departmental teams and multi-million pound international budgets.
As well as establishing Your Total Coach as an accredited centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Keith is the Director of Coaching for a new Higher Education Certificate in Coaching at Cambridge University, delivered through the Professional Studies Division and accredited by the Judge Business School. He is currently developing a suite of equality and diversity courses with the Division of Professional Studies.
The role of coaching, mentoring and leadership to enable organisations to promote equality and diversity is currently a major area of research and development for Keith. He believes that working effectively with cultural difference is essential for organisations to retain their competitive edge globally.
He has written online books, articles, strategy documents and research papers
Married, he lives in Northamptonshire and has two young children aged 10 and 9.
Charlotte Wolfe

Charlotte is the Training & Coaching Director of Your Total Coach and is an executive coach and coach/management trainer. Charlotte is passionate about helping people develop the skills, confidence and competence to practice as coaches and enjoys facilitating workshops and supporting coaches with their continuing professional development.
Charlotte has coached directors, sales managers and first line managers across a range of subjects from career change, emotional intelligence, leadership development, influence and effective relationships.
Charlotte’s is highly trained in coaching and coaching psychology, and worked as a Coaching Director in a FTSE 100 company before joining Your Total Coach and was responsible for introducing a coaching culture into the sales division and delivering “The manager as a coach”. An in house coaching programme for sales managers and directors. She also created “The Enhance programme” to enhance the skills of managers and directors. This programme enabled them to identify the training needs of their people and deliver bespoke training workshops for their sales teams.
Charlotte also created ’10 steps to developing your career’ development guide, to encourage sales people to focus upon long term career development within the business.
Prior to her role as Coaching Director, Charlotte held the position of Sales Director.
Charlotte draws on thirteen years of experience of leading sales teams to achieve high levels of performance. Her area of expertise is focused on creating, leading and developing teams, facilitating team events and delivering tailored training/coaching to achieve optimum levels of performance.
Charlotte works closely with her clients, she listens to their needs and helps them to find and act upon the solutions which are most congruent and appropriate for them personally. She achieves this through having a conversation which assists her clients to see new perspectives and achieve clarity about their own thoughts.
Charlotte has been instrumental in the writing and development of our coach training programmes including the introduction of Emotional Intelligence into our ILM Level 7 coach training programme. Charlotte is accredited to use the Hay group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory.
Charlotte has completed a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in executive Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology with Leeds Met University.
David Newman
David has had a long and very broad career primarily in the Banking and Financial Services area. David has a record of managing a number of successfully motivated teams, latterly, in the areas of Training Management and Business Development.
Knowledge and experience in these areas led to his being appointed as Chair of Examination Committees for the Securities Institute, the industry-governing body. David is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
David holds a strong belief that ‘people matter’ in business and that staff are a company’s most valuable resource. He is particularly passionate about management and leadership training which is an area often neglected in some companies. He also believes that helping to development staff by individual coaching is of positive value not only for the future of the person concerned but also for the company itself.
David is married with two children and is very involved in fund-raising activities for the local community as well as working with the local boys’ football club and local schools.
Carrie Roberts
Carrie has a broad background in learning and development, and was formerly Head of Student Services and Senior Lecturer in Counselling at Huntingdonshire Regional College.
In these and other roles, Carrie has worked with a broad range of organisations, both public and private.
Carrie is an Accredited Skills Trainer with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has a range of relevant qualifications which include a Certficate in Supervision, Diploma in Counselling, Certificate in Education, a Certificate in Personal Learning Coaching, and Managing for Change.
Carrie focuses on building strong relationships with her clients and is astute at working with them to help them to achieve their full potential.
Kate Jennings
Kate's background is in a major blue chip company where she worked for many years as a manager and consultant representing the company to its biggest clients - some of the UK's largest brand-names. After a spell away from the company she was asked to return as part of a team leading a new site development for a major client.
Since having children Kate has worked widely in a range of coaching, facilitating and mentoring roles. Her particular passion is to enable individuals to increase effectiveness in all areas of their lives through personal development. She brings a warm and enabling approach to the way she works with groups and individuals.
Kate is married with 2 children and enjoys sport and following football.
