He provides executive coaching for many CEOs, directors and senior managers across a wide range of sectors nationally and internationally. He also regularly trains others to coach at postgraduate and masters levels.
Keith introduced coaching to Cambridge University, one of the world’s leading universities and a 900-year-old institution. He is currently Course Director of a Certificate in Coaching and is developing a Diploma in Coaching for the University. In the UK, Keith has provided executive coaching for all the senior managers in Luminus which, in January 2010, was awarded 2nd in The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For. It was rated first in the UK for leadership. The Sunday Times is the UK’s most authoritative and respected newspaper.
During 2010 his book, Your Total Coach: 50 Ideas for Inspiring Personal and Professional Growth, was published. All delegates will receive a complimentary copy of Keith’s book as part of the programme.
Prior to setting up his own business, Keith enjoyed a successful career in the media. He was editor of the UK’s most successful selling all-sports magazine – Total Sport - and went on to be Editorial Director of a broad range of magazines in the UK.
As a publisher, he was an integral member of the acquisition team that purchased Golf World magazine for EMAP from New York Times. Keith successfully re-launched this magazine and handled the post-acquisition change and integrations programmes. He coached the then editor (Dave Clarke) and Art Director (Paul Crawford) to move the magazine forwards. Both were highly successful in this and went on to occupy similar titles for the world’s premier golf title, the New York-based GOLF magazine. This provides an example of Keith’s ability to coach and mentor staff.
Married, he lives in Northamptonshire and has two children.
