Hello Keith,
I couldn't agree more with your comments, as I feel the Directors here would definitely not be running this business effectively if it wasn't for the high level of coaching that was attained from previous employment.
Much of what has been learned can obviously be passed on to colleagues, but there is a limit to what's possible before exhausting the knowledge base. As such we will be looking to build some external coaching into our strategy for this year.
