360 degree feedback

We specialise in developing 360 degree feedback tools that are bespoke to the client organisation.We believe that 360 degree feedback is a vital tool in developing the personal awareness levels of managers.This in turn enables their personal and professional development as leaders and contributes to their performance levels.

The feedback tool is tailored according to the client organisation’s requirements.As well as covering such topics as team leadership and inter-relationship skills, it can be developed to include alignment with the company mission and values.

Competencies

Competency development and application in the workplace fits very closely with our coaching work. We have worked with organisations to develop competencies for directors through to team leaders. Our focus with competencies is to ensure that robust measurement criteria are in place. Additionally, we ensure these are behaviourally based, often providing examples of effective and ineffective behaviours for each individual competency.

Values

The presence and application of organisational values can have a very significant impact upon organisational climate. We believe that a values-driven approach clearly helps develop a company’s profile, both internally and externally, with stakeholders. Organisations with clear values provide a strong sense of what they are about and what it means to work for them. We are also keen to ensure that values align with emerging considerations, such as corporate and social responsibility and environmentally friendly approaches to work.

Leadership development

Profiling tools

We make use of a broad range of profiling tools to work with individuals and teams.These include emotional intelligence, personality, behavioural, management, values, motivation, learning styles, together with numerical and verbal reasoning.

Training needs analysis

These are developed according to the individual needs of the client organisation.They can be also be linked in with existing management strengths, in order that the client can get a perspective on the current performance ‘levels’ of their managers, from directors to team leaders.
