About Total Coaching Solutions...

Total Coaching Solutions has been providing coaching and development training programmes for over five years. The company was set up by Keith Nelson. Its purpose was to become the partner of choice for businesses seeking to improve performance at individual, team or organisational level.

 

Principles

Three guiding principles were established as the foundations for the business, and these continue to act as a template for our approach:

  • Performance: working to increase performance at individual, team or organisational level
  • Sustainability: benefits are experienced long after the development programme has finished
  • Capability: building a bridge is a fine achievement, but real change occurs when the capability to build bridges takes place

Values

We strongly believe in a values-driven approach to business and people development and will work with businesses to establish organisational values. At an individual level, we will also focus upon personal values. Our values are:

  • Client focus: by forming strategic partnerships, we are able to focus upon client needs and support the client to improve performance.
  • Continuous improvement: continuing professional development is a requirement for all our co-workers.
  • Integrity: We seek to provide integrity in all the work we do.
  • Potential: An absolute belief in people’s potential and their desire to do their best.
