Coach Training programmes
We provide a wide range of coach training programmes to enable individuals to perform effectively as coaches in the workplace. Programmes range from introductory courses for first line managers, through to advanced programmes for those involved in – or considering - leadership coaching, and working with executives at the most senior levels in organisations.
Programmes are tailored to the needs of the individual and organisation. Some of the programmes additionally provide the benefit of a nationally recognised qualification.
Our qualifications are accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management:
Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders & First Line Managers
Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring in Management
Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring
Level 3 qualifications, designed for first line managers and team leaders, are roughly equivalent to ‘A’ level. Level 5 qualifications approximately equate to foundation degree, while Level 7 qualifications approximate to degree level.
